All amounts stated on the website include VAT and exclude delivery costs.

Østfyns Museer accept online payments with Dankort, Visa / Dankort, Visa, Mobilepay Online. We do not charge your purchase any kind of transaction fee.

Payment for the order will only be deducted from your account when the item is shipped unless otherwise agreed or stated in your order.

Østfyns Museer use a secure payment server that encrypts all information, which means the connection is completely secure.


We deliver goods within Denmark and the EU. The delivery time for your order is usually 1-3 business days. When ordering on weekends and public holidays, the item is sent on the first working day.

Should there be an extended delivery time in special cases, we will notify you by e-mail.

Returns and right of withdrawal

There is a 14-day full right of return on items purchased on our webshop.

The period is calculated from the day you receive your order. You will bear any return costs yourself, just as the choice of carrier is your own.

Cancellation must be reported to us no later than 14 days after the purchase, and from the cancellation the order must be received by us no later than 14 days after you have informed us about your use of the right of withdrawal.

The notice must be given by mail to: [email protected], where you must clearly state that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal. You can also use our return portal, which you will find here [link].

It is up to Østfyns Museer to assess the condition of the product. If the product has been tested in excess of what is necessary to determine the product’s nature, properties and function, it is considered used and of impaired value. This means that you will receive a small part or none of the purchase amount back by cancelling the purchase.

Right og complaint

In accordance with the Danish Sale of Goods Act, a 2-year warranty is given on products. Complaints apply to defects in material and/or manufacturing.

Complaints must be notified to Østfyns Museer within a reasonable time after receiving the good. Here, a month is considered a reasonable time, unless otherwise agreed.

The complaint does not apply to faults or damage due to incorrect operation of the product.

Østfyns Museer covers the return costs to a reasonable extent. We do not accept packages sent on cash on delivery.

Personal data policy

When you buy an item and pass on the information yourself, we receive customer data. As data controller, we process your personal information securely and confidentially. Your personal information will only be used and stored for the purposes for which it was collected.

We use third parties to process some of our information, f.e in our freight handling, which has not been developed by Østfyns Museer. We have entered into data processing agreements with our partners as a guarantee that they comply with applicable rules on protection of personal data.
