Winter Holidays at the Viking Museum Ladby
12 – 16 February 11 am – 3 pm
Archaeological Workshop 2024
Become an archaeologist for a day
Are you curious about animal and human skeletons? Do you find it exciting to learn more about the past? And do you love discovering buried secrets?
Then visit the Viking Museum Ladby during the school winter holidays in week 7 and join the Archaeological Workshop.
Here you can visit the archaeological shed and try your own mini-excavation where the whole family can join in.
Visit the exhibition and find human and animal skeletons. And have a chat with the real archaeologists and get lots of wild knowledge about life and death in the past.
You can also try the two fun treasure hunts and compete for prizes from the museum shop.
Come and join in – it’s fun for both young and old to be an “Archaeologist for a day”.
