Good access
and free parking
However, the journey from the car park in front of the museum building to the museum building and the journey from the latter to the mound can be challenging due to respectively gravel and dirt path which by nature are not 100% level. However, many are happy to take the trip with a walker, wheelchair, or stroller.
In the basement of the museum building there is a toilet suited for people with disabilities, as well as a changing area for the little ones. The basement is easily reached by elevator from the museum store.
Guests with disabilities can also bring a companion free of charge when presenting a companion card. Guide dogs are also welcome. Wheelchairs can be borrowed for free and for the little ones under 6 there are free tow bars. Both are borrowed in the store.
Remember free parking and handicap-friendly access conditions outside and inside.
